Shipping
Orders ship from our store within one business day. Standard shipping is free on orders over $150.00. Expedited and overnight options are shown at checkout, and in-store pickup is always free.
Returns
Unworn shoes in their original box can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Start a return online, then either:
- Drop off box-free at any Happy Returns Return Bar. Show the QR code on your phone; no box, label or printer needed.
- Mail it back with the prepaid label we generate for you.
Refunds go back to the original payment method once the shoes are checked in.
